A form of Ayurvedic massage that consists of gently pouring warm herb oil on the forehead. A slow, controlled flow of warm oil is poured gently over the Ajna chakra, or third eye. The oil then flows on the chakra of the crown, which accentuates the senses, disperses the negative electrical impulses which accumulate during stress, reverses the imbalances inside the body, rejuvenates the face and renews the nervous system.
